Meal Service
All of the following menu items will
change throughout the season, based on what's locally available fresh.
When dining at a restaurant, I prefer a limited selection of
well-prepared items. I've found that in preparing meals on a weekly
basis however, a limited menu is, well quite frankly, limiting. The
Family Meal Service consists of Main Dish items and appropriate side
dishes. Depending on the entree, you'll be provided with sides of fresh
vegetables, pasta, rice, or potatoes.
